Exhibit Space Registration
It is understood and agreed that AFH Council will endeavor to assign space in accordance with your request. If all space has been previously assigned, then AFH Council reserves the right to assign spaces as equitable as possible. It is understood that AFH Council, the Tulalip Resort and their agents, servants or employees, will not be responsible for any injury to exhibitors or their employees while on the premises, or for loss or damage to equipment or display from any cause whatsoever. Check with your insurance carrier for appropriate coverage while exhibiting at the conference. Cancellation received in writing prior to September 8, 2022, will be eligible for refund except for a $100 cancellation fee. No refund of payments shall be made for cancellations made after September 8, 2022. All cancellations must be made in writing.
