ESHB 1023 – 8 Bed Bill – Moving Forward!
We are happy to report that ESHB 1023 was voted out of the Senate Rules committee, today, March 2, 2020. It will now be scheduled for a full vote of the Senate and barring NO amendments, it will then go on to the Governor’s desk for signature.
We still have to work to make sure there are no amendments added to the bill on the Senate floor.
We ask you to please contact your Senator to let them know you are in support of this bill and for them to pass it out of the Senate with NO amendments.
