Are You Interested in Opening an Adult Family Home?
DSHS Resource Support & Development staff are offering workshops for anyone interested in opening an adult family home. The workshop covers training and building requirements and provides information on the process and where you can get started with the required trainings. They will also provide individualized support along the way, if needed.
Please contact either mika.greathouse@dshs.wa.gov or dawn.okrasinski@dshs.wa.gov and will send you an invitation to attend the workshop via Zoom.
Workshops:
8/10 – 12:30-2 p.m.
8/25 – 1-2:30 p.m.
9/11 – 9:30-11:00 a.m.
9/22 – 1:30 – 3:00 p.m.
