Members of the Adult Family Home Council are encouraged to participate in our annual two day fall conference. More info on conference is available here

This conference providers a unique opportunity to interact with other adult family home operators.  Attendees will hear from professionals who share in our mission of improving the lives of vulnerable adults through the support of adult family homes.

 Member Rate

  • Full Two Days: $225
  • One Day:            $175

Non Member Rate

  • Full Two Days: $395
  • One Day:            $295

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made in writing on or before September 7, 2017 are subject to a $25 cancellation fee per person.  Cancellations made after September 7, 2017 are completely non-refundable.
