Our membership years run from July 1 through June 30, and the cost is $600 per year.
Payment plans can be established at a rate of $50 per month. $50 per month is less than 1% of the average monthly Medicaid payment made to an AFH.

To cancel your monthly subscription payment please send an email or written notice to the Adult Family Home Council at 3309 Capitol Blvd SW, Tumwater, WA 98501, or by email at: info@adultfamilyhomecouncil.org. No refunds will be issued for past payments.
