Our 2026 Spring Conference is coming soon to Auburn, Spokane, and Vancouver! This year’s theme, “In Good Hands — Advocacy & Guidance You Need to Thrive,” focuses on empowering Adult Family Home providers through meaningful engagement, advocacy, and practical support. We’re bringing together providers from across the state for a dynamic day of connection, collaboration, and insight into the issues that matter most to their work and the residents they serve.

Beginning October 1, 2025, Washington State expanded the definition of certain taxable services under state law. As a result, some services associated with events—including items such as sponsorship benefits, advertising, or participation packages—may be subject to retail sales tax depending on the goods, services, or promotional value provided. Businesses that sell these taxable services are required to collect and remit the applicable state and local sales tax.
To help keep sponsorship opportunities cost-effective, the cost of the vendor table has been separated from sponsorship pricing. This allows us to apply sales tax only to the taxable portion of the package, rather than the entire sponsorship amount.
