Adult Family Home (AFH) applications—initial, relocation, and change of ownership—must now be completed via the online portal. Ensure you have a Secure Access Washington (SAW) account and access the portal through the Information for Adult Family Home Providers page.
Submit all required documents before scheduling an appointment with the Education & Support team. Incomplete applications or missing documents will be voided, and you cannot proceed without uploading all necessary files.
