Supreme Court Ruling Webinar

Join the Adult Family Home Council for an informational webinar about the Washington Supreme Court’s recent decision regarding caregiver hours in adult family homes.

During this webinar, AFHC will discuss what is currently known about the ruling, its potential implications for overnight and live-in caregiver hours, and considerations for adult family home staffing and payroll practices. We will also address frequently asked questions and discuss AFHC’s continued advocacy related to Medicaid reimbursement and the cost of providing 24-hour care.

At the conclusion of the webinar, AFHC will launch a provider survey to gather information about how the decision may affect adult family homes and caregivers across Washington.
