  • Learn the fundamentals of active listening.
  • Increase awareness of body language.
  • Practice active listening skills.
  • Know where to find resources for further practice & study.

All trainings are on Zoom. If you have any questions or would like to sign up for trainings, please email ALTSABHSTTraining@dshs.wa.gov . When scheduling a training please include your name, the name of the facility you work at, how many staff will be participating and what training you would like to attend. All scheduled trainings are open to providers and their staff, from different facilities, across the state.
