DDA: Crisis Principles In Action

Crisis Principles in Action© is a course designed to help staff that have been involved in a traumatic incident deal with their feelings, be mentally ready to work with a person who may have hurt them physically or emotionally and help a staff return to work in an effective manner AND how to teach these skills to those they support.
