DDA: Influencing Outcomes

Influencing Outcomes© is a behavior-based coaching program with a slight- but not exclusive- focus on individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This training teaches staff to recognize how their own actions can trigger an unwanted behavior in others, and offers context for interpreting the behavior of others through a lens of understanding versus frustration. The training covers behavioral principles and uses real life examples to illustrate the relationship between a staff’s actions and an individual’s perception.
