Home and Community Services (HCS) is welcoming Medicaid contracted Adult Family Home providers to connect with HCS headquarters and regional leadership through virtual quarterly meetings. HCS plans for these quarterly 90-minute connection sessions as an opportunity for AFH providers and HCS leadership to discuss important topics of provider interest, provide updates and education, and most importantly to come together to strengthen communication and understanding in our shared mission of quality long-term care services for our most vulnerable clients and residents. 1.5 CEU’s will be available to all who attend.
