This presentation offered by Gentiva Hospice invites caregivers to
explore the emotional complexities of their essential work. Participants
will learn to:


• Recognize and validate the hidden grief caregivers carry.
• Navigate feelings of guilt, anxiety and emotional fatigue.
• Build resilience through creative wellness rituals and peer
connection.
• Implement trauma-informed strategies to support staff and
residents/clients alike.
