RCS Complaint Investigations Walkthrough-updated for 2024

This presentation will explain the intake process and the steps the investigator does before arriving at the AFH. We will also cover the use of photography in complaint investigations, what constitutes criminal neglect, review the investigation summary report, complaint timeframes, and potential questions the RCS complaint investigator may ask during the investigation process.
