Candidate Forum
Have lunch with your 2024 election candidates at our upcoming candidate forum! The AFH Council will also facilitate a discussion on several critical topics impacting adult family home providers, caregivers, and residents. Key issues on the agenda will include Medicaid rates, wage equity, resident rights, healthcare, liability insurance, and local jurisdictions. This is a great opportunity to voice your concerns, build rapport with candidates, and learn more about their plans if they are to be elected.

Identify key issues and candidate positions relevant to adult family homes.
Engage directly with candidates to understand their plans and proposals.
Evaluate the potential impact of candidates’ policies on the adult family home community.
Advocate effectively for policies that support the needs of adult family homes.
