Northwest Healthcare Response Network Long-Term Care Session

The Northwest Healthcare Response Network (NWHRN), along with the long-term care advisory group, are hosting quarterly outreach sessions with Long Term Care (LTC) providers to establish awareness for preparing resilient health care systems that saves lives and serve the community during emergencies. These sessions support information sharing and discussions regarding emergency preparedness, response, and planning. The purpose of these conversations are to connect LTC facilities and supporting partner agencies across the state with the goal of building resilient system capabilities together.

The Network is hosting the first quarterly session of 2025 on January 22nd, which will be specifically focused on discussions with only the providers to discuss objectives and next steps for future meetings! We want to gather ideas from providers on topics and tools for the upcoming sessions, ideas for speakers to learn from about emergency preparedness, and support interactive learnings sessions with participants. The NWHRN will record these sessions to allow for shared learnings and suggests prioritizing attendance as able.
