This webinar is presented by DSHS’s Payment Policy & Systems Unit (PPSU) and is intended for DSHS-contracted Social Services Providers who receive payment for authorized services by submitting claims in the ProviderOne system. During the webinar, we will review the recently updated ProviderOne for Social Services Billing Guides, the ProviderOne for Social Services webpage, and provide a high-level overview of the ProviderOne system including:
- Viewing and updating information in ProviderOne
- Viewing authorization lists
- Submitting and adjusting claims
- Viewing claim status & payments
