Quarterly AFH Connection Meeting with HCS

We would like to invite you to participate in a conversation with Home and Community Services Deputy Director of Field Operations and our Regional Administrators.  This is an opportunity to discuss important topics of provider interest, provide updates and education, and most importantly to come together to strengthen communication and understanding in our shared mission of quality long-term care service for our most vulnerable clients and residents.  We are pleased to partner with Adult Family Home Council to bring this event to you.
