3:00 PM - 4:30 PM

Description:

1.0 CEU available to all who attend.

As Part Two of a two-part training, this course builds on the foundational concepts from Part One and focuses on practical applications in service delivery. Participants will explore how reproductive phases and aging-related changes may show up in day-to-day presentation, support needs, and risk factors, using applied examples and case-based discussion. The training centers on implications for documentation and person-centered care planning, including what to capture, how to describe observed changes clearly and neutrally, and how to connect documentation to actionable supports.

Home and Community Services (HCS) offers training in mental health, behavior support, crisis intervention,
and professional self-care.
To receive CE credit and a certificate, participants will need an account in the appropriate learning system,
Learning Center (LMS) for DSHS staff or CareLearn for community providers/caregivers, where Continuing
Education Unit (CEU) certificates will be issued after completion is verified.
Regarding training, please note the following:
• To obtain free CEUs, participants are required to attend and participate for the entire duration of the
training, in addition to completing the feedback survey at the end of the training.
• To participate in our virtual training courses, you will need to join by desktop/laptop computer, using
