This training is designed to help Providers and caregivers navigate through challenging situations that may occur while operating an adult family home.

We will cover inaccurate assessments, residents who refuse to sign paperwork, residents who will not pay participation, residents who may have alcohol and addiction challenges, residents who may leave the AFH and return days later, use foul language, have disruptive families and other challenging situations. We will provide suggestions to encourage communication with everyone involved and how to appropriately document.
