Our 2024 Spring Conference is coming to Vancouver! Up to 5 CE will be available for attendees that participate in presentations from our Education & Support Team, Advocacy Team, and Outreach Coordinator. Additionally, we will have vendor tables from our affiliate business partners. Breakfast and lunch will also be served.

Hello, I understand that Registration for the Vancouver Spring Conference is now closed. Wondering if there’s anyone I can contact if by chance I might still be able to sign up? Even if late fee is necessary. Thank you in advance.
Hi Aileen,
There may be some individuals who don’t show that day, so we will be accepting walk-ins after 10am. Walk-ins must be members and will need to pay the attendance fee either with a credit card or cash at the registration table. If they are not members, they will also need to sign up for membership.
Please note it is not guaranteed that we will have open spots available, but we will be happy to accommodate if we are able.
