Please join Brenna Botsford, Education & Support Specialist with the AFH Council for a walkthrough of the complaint investigation process for Residential Care Services (RCS). The webinar will explain the intake process and the steps the investigator does before arriving at the AFH. We will also cover the types of investigations, complaint timeframes, and potential questions the RCS complaint investigator may ask during the investigation process. 1.5 hours of CE are available for members who attend the entire webinar.
