Who qualifies for the member ticket price?
The member price is available to adult family home providers with a valid license number and a current AFHC membership.
How do I receive the member price?
Sign in to your AFHC website account before purchasing tickets. Your account must be connected to a valid adult family home license number with a current AFHC membership. If your eligibility is confirmed, the member ticket option will be available to purchase.
What if I do not see the member price?
Confirm that:
- You are signed in to the correct AFHC website account.
- Your license number is included and entered correctly.
- Your AFHC membership is current.
If you believe you qualify but cannot access the member price, please contact AFHC Member Support before completing your purchase.
Can nonmembers attend the conference?
Yes. Nonmembers are welcome to attend and may purchase tickets at the nonmember price.
Can I purchase a member ticket using another provider’s license number?
No. The license number used to verify eligibility must be associated with the current AFHC membership and purchasing account.
What happens if I purchase the wrong ticket type?
Please contact AFHC as soon as possible for assistance. Ticket changes and price adjustments are subject to the conference’s published registration and refund terms.
