Speaker Application

It’s that exciting time of year again! We are thrilled to announce the 2026 Adult Family Home Council Fall Conference, taking place Thursday and Friday, September 24–25, at the beautiful Tulalip Resort in Marysville, Washington.

This year’s theme is “Celebrating 30 Years of Resilience: Voice, Vision & Value.” We are currently seeking dynamic and knowledgeable speakers to present engaging training sessions that align with this theme or address other relevant industry topics that would benefit and engage conference attendees.

We invite you to submit a proposal to present at this year’s conference. To be considered, please complete the Speaker Application below.

By submitting an application, you will help us:

• Evaluate your proposal for inclusion in the conference schedule

• Collect your course title, description, and duration for continuing education approval

• Understand your availability so we can build a flexible and accommodating agenda

• Gather your professional background for promotional materials

• Ensure your name, title, and credentials are listed accurately in the conference program

• Identify sessions that include interactive activities, audience participation, or other engaging components

Accepted presenting speakers will receive one complimentary conference ticket for the day of your presentation. AFHC will contact selected speakers with instructions on how to redeem their ticket.

Please submit your application as soon as possible. The deadline for submissions is July 31, 2026. Applications will be reviewed, and all applicants will receive information about next steps by August 4, 2026.
