Description
Blue Ridge Adult Family Home is a licensed, custom-designed home in North Seattle providing personalized, 24-hour care in a quiet residential setting. With a strong focus on safety, comfort, and dignity, we offer a higher level of individualized attention than larger facilities.
Our home maintains a low caregiver-to-resident ratio, with two caregivers during the day and overnight staff, along with RN oversight and nurse delegation. We support residents who need assistance with daily living, mobility, medication management, and higher-acuity care needs.
The home is fully ADA-accessible, featuring private and semi-private rooms, accessible bathrooms, and thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces, including a bright sunroom and walking paths. Our stable, long-term staff and calm environment make Blue Ridge a strong fit for residents who benefit from consistent care and a quieter setting.
We work closely with families, healthcare providers, and referral partners to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing communication throughout a resident’s stay.
