Horseshoe Lake Adult Family Home LLC

We are located near Horseshoe Lake on the south end of Port Orchard. We specialize in taking care of men in there 20s-40s with developmental disabilities. We strive to make the AFH feel like home for our guys. It is a gamer household, in that most of our residents enjoy playing video games as a past time. We have multiple tvs set up in the living room that the residents use to play on and socialize with housemates. We also do movie outings to Galaxy Theatres in Gig harbor on a monthly or semi monthly basis. A caregiver takes residents bowling at High Joy bowling on Sundays. Some of our residents also participate in Special Olympics as well.
