The Gracious One AFH is an All-male AFH in Lakewood City licensed for Mental Health, Dementia and DDA.
We offer great care to our residents and provide meaningful community interactions.
The home has a big backyard with basket ball hoop, pool table, table tennis and large kitchen garden.
