Description
We partner with our Residents and their support system in this challenging world of ageing to create a whole round care support. We create a tailored Care Plan for their individual needs. We have an Activity Lady that comes once a week for crafts,gmaes and trivias. On top of our in home daily activites such as 60 minutes In chair exercises , theraphies as order by their PCP and individual meaningful day activities.
The Provider and it's co founder had 20+ years of caring experience.
