At I Am Home Adult Family Care, our mission is to enhance the quality of life of young adults with developmental disabilities in a way that no other adult family home can. We are committed to providing person-centered care, treating each individual with respect and compassion, while recognizing their unique needs and personalities.
We offer a diverse range of activities designed to enrich the lives of our residents, from swimming, bowling, baking, sewing to writing, and cooking classes, as well as community outings to places like the zoo and aquarium. Our goal is to create meaningful experiences that foster joy, growth, and connection.
Our exceptional team, including a dedicated life enrichment director, is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
