Description
Our goal at RAHAB AFH Is to provide a home away from home. To make sure that your loved one feels safe, comfortable, appreciated respected and most importantly that they constantly feel like they belong.
We offer individualized care in dementia, developmental disabilities and mental health. Our professional staff does their best to meet even the most challenging needs that our residents may have; including basic activities for daily living like bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, catheter care, osteotomy care, wound care and much more depending on the residents need. We are present and awake 24 hours/7 days a week so that each resident continues to enjoy the best quality of life in a home like setting.
Our home is located in the beautiful Lakewood suburbs, in a peaceful, quiet and friendly neighborhood. We have a large vegetable garden where we grow a lot of the food that we serve at mealtimes. We provide a lot of fun activities and have a lovely outside deck and outside spaces to safely walk and relax.
