Welcome to Destined Care Adult Family Home, LLC. The home is owned and operated by Lucy Kiruki. She is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for over 25 years, a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and Certified Pulmonary Function Technologist (CPFT) with over 7 years experience in Respiratory care. Lucy operates the home alongside qualified nurse aides with training and expertise in home health care to ensure that residents receive the highest level of care. Her team provides comprehensive assistance with activities of daily living and a wide range of services including medication management, hospice care, respiratory care, managing medical appointments and transportation among others.
