Kare Adult Family Home LLC is nested in the beautiful Oakbrook neighborhood of Lakewood. We are family centered home providing professional care in a safe, peaceful environment. We offer both private and shared rooms depending on availability. Our services include personalized ADL care, provision of nutritious, home cooked meals, medication management, Dementia & Alzheimer's care, end of life/hospice support and encouragement of joyful, active living to the best of each resident's ability.

- AFH Licensed for 6 residents offering care ranging from level one to full care.
- Administration of food and medication via G-tubes and J-tubes,
- Adult Day Care (Temporary Day Time Care)
- Assistance with Daily Living (ADLs)
