- 1 care giver to 3 residents ratio
- 2 hour turns for mobility impaired
- ADMINISTRATION OF NUTRITION AND MEDICATIONS VIA A VARIETY OF FEEDING TUBES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, G-TUBES, J-TUBES, NG-TUBES
- Accompanying patient to their Appointments
- Administration of food and medication via G-tubes and J-tubes,
- Blood Glucose Monitoring
- Catheter and stoma cares
- Central lines/TPN administration
- Colostomy/ileostomy Care
- Contracted RN for nurse deligation
- Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Mental Health
- Diabetic Care/ Insulin Shots
- IV Therapy
- MANAGEMENT OF A VARIETY OF URINARY CATHETERS, INCLUDING FOLEY, SUPRAPUBIC, AND STRAIGHT
- RN/LPN 24/7 on site
- Vent and Trach care
