Radiant Living Family Care LLC

Radiant Living Family Care is a licensed six-resident adult family home in southeast Olympia for adults who prefer a calm, familiar household and personalized care. Our small size allows caregivers to learn each resident’s routines, preferences, and changing needs. We hold DSHS specialty designations for dementia and mental health and provide assistance with daily living, mobility and transfers, medication support, respite care, hospice coordination, and eligible RN-delegated tasks. Our single-level home includes wheelchair-friendly pathways, grab bars, and a roll-in shower. Residents enjoy home-cooked meals, familiar caregivers, and individualized support in a comfortable home where everyone is known by name. Optional in-home primary-care visits through Seva Medical are available, and residents may continue with their existing healthcare providers. Private-pay and Medicaid-eligible admissions are considered. Direct Medicaid admission is subject to suitable bed availability, the home’s ability to meet assessed needs safely, and a CARE-assessed rate of at least $150 per day. Private-pay residents may later convert under the home’s written policy. Final rates depend on room choice, assessed care needs, and any additional assessed services.
