Blossoms Haven is LPN-owned and operated. We nurture each life with Compassion, dignity, and heartfelt care. Every individual finds a haven of comfort where they are valued and supported, allowing them to blossom in a warm, welcoming environment.
We offer personalized, individualized care tailored to each need. We prepare 3 nutritious meals and healthy snacks in between meals. We promote independence to the optimal. We administer and supervise medications per the doctor’s orders. If you choose us, we will tailor our services to meet your specific needs.
We are located in a quiet and welcoming neighborhood with a view of Mt Rainier.
Our home is open to be your home.
