With a background as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Recreational Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, and DSHS-Approved Community Instructor, Zoyda brings exceptional skill and heartfelt dedication to every resident she serves.

She is certified by the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) to teach a wide range of training courses for long-term care workers, including:

Orientation and Safety
Dementia Specialty Training – Dementia Capable Caregiver: Level 1
Mental Health Specialty Training – Mental Wellness Capable Caregiving: Level 1
Traumatic Brain Injury Specialty Training – Capable Caregiving for Brain Injury: Level 1
Diabetes Specialty Training – Capable Caregiving for Diabetes Care: Level 1
Core Basic Training – Fundamentals of Caregiving (54 hours)
Continuing Education – Various DSHS-approved topics

Today, she leads Medina LakeView with unwavering gratitude, purpose, and love.
