- 1 care giver to 3 residents ratio
- ADMINISTRATION OF NUTRITION AND MEDICATIONS VIA A VARIETY OF FEEDING TUBES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, G-TUBES, J-TUBES, NG-TUBES
- AFH Licensed for 6 residents offering care ranging from level one to full care.
- Accompanying patient to their Appointments
- Activities to be added per client's assessments/needs
- Administration of food and medication via G-tubes and J-tubes,
- Alzheimer and Dementia Care
- Any other need that may arise which is within my scope of practice(RN, BSN)
- Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Mental Health
- Electronic Medical Records
- Hospice and palliative care support
- LPN/RN available on call 24/7
- we have staff off RN/ LPN and NURSING ASSISTANCE
