Holly Adult Family Home, we provide personalized, 24-hour residential care in a safe, supportive, and home-like environment. Our services are designed to meet the individual needs of each resident while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
Our services include:
24-Hour Supervised Care with trained and compassionate caregivers
Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Medication Management and Administration in coordination with healthcare providers
Nutritious Home-Cooked Meals and assistance with feeding as needed
Memory Care Support for residents with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia
Mobility and Transfer Assistance, including fall prevention support
Health Monitoring and Care Coordination with nurses, physicians, and specialists
Personalized Care Plans tailored to each resident’s physical, emotional, and medical needs
Housekeeping and Laundry Services to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
Social Engagement and Daily Activities to support emotional well-being and quality of life
End-of-Life and Hospice Support in partnership with licensed hospice providers
