Holly Adult Family Home

Holly Adult Family Home is a licensed, owner-operated adult family home in Cheney, Washington, serving male residents with a specialty focus on behavioral health support. We provide a structured, consistent, and respectful home environment for men who benefit from a higher level of behavioral support, and we welcome residents eligible through Washington's Community Behavioral Health Support (CBHS) and Expanded Community Services (ECS) programs.

We currently have 3 open beds: one private room and a shared room with two beds.

Our services include:

24-Hour Supervised Care with trained and compassionate caregivers

Positive Behavior Support and de-escalation from a team experienced in behavioral health

Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

Medication Management and Administration in coordination with healthcare providers

Health Monitoring and Care Coordination with nurses, physicians, case managers, and behavioral health specialists

Nutritious Home-Cooked Meals and assistance with feeding as needed

Memory Care Support for residents with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia

Personalized Care Plans tailored to each resident's physical, emotional, and behavioral health needs

Housekeeping and Laundry Services to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment

Social Engagement and Daily Activities to support emotional well-being and quality of life

End-of-Life and Hospice Support in partnership with licensed hospice providers

Our home is pet-friendly — one of our residents shares the home with his cat.
