Description
Our home is owned and operated by Katherine (Katie) Condon. Katie has worked in Home Care for the last 15 years, specializing in hospice care. She is a Certified Nursing Assistant and is our primary caregiver, overseeing our staff of certified caregivers and the daily operations of our home.
Hidden Gem is sparkling clean, serene and structured. We offer a blend of private time and group activities and socializing within our daily schedule. Outside we have large garden sitting areas and a gentle breeze is almost always present. We bake fresh bread and collect fresh eggs from our flock of hens, both of which contribute to the delicious meals that we serve.
Kindness and Patience are the driving force behind Hidden Gem. Our staff is trained to hold these first and foremost, and to keep management accountable as well. With a firm base built on kindness and patience, our residents feel heard, respected, and an important part of our special home.
