Changes to PACE Payments

Changes to PACE Payments

From Providence PACE:

Dear Provider and Billing Staff,

We appreciate your partnership with Providence ElderPlace/PACE in serving our members.   We are pleased to communicate a new collaboration between Providence ElderPlace/PACE and Ayin Health Solutions (Ayin) to serve our members effective 7/1/2024.

As part of this partnership, you will begin receiving payments from Providence ElderPlace/PACE instead of Providence Health & Services. Your first payment will be paid via a paper check. With this first check, there will be instructions to sign up for electronic payments (EFT/ACH).

Check the Status of Your Payment

We invite you to request access to Ayin’s technology platform, CIM. This will allow you access to check the status of your payment. Please visit Ayin’s HelpCenter website to request CIM access –

Recorded Training Session

CIM demonstrations and trainings were offered throughout June and July 2024. Please review the recorded training session below if you were not able to attend.

In addition, our updated Provider Manual can be found in CIM on the Provider Services page.

Membership fees enable the Council to cover legal expenses and fund staff to advocate with the state and regulatory agencies. The participation of every adult family home is vital to ensuring fair regulations and rates that accurately reflect the costs of caring for our vulnerable adults. Consider becoming a member of the Council to help us continue improving conditions for all adult family homes in Washington State.
