HEAT PUMP FUNDING AVAILABLE

The Department of Commerce has tentatively awarded program administrators for the upcoming heat pump rebate and incentive programs serving adult family homes across Washington.

These administrators will be responsible for implementing the programs, including determining eligibility, managing applications, and distributing incentives. While these awards are still tentative, this is a significant step forward in making funding available.

Commerce has identified the following tentative program administrators and service areas:

  • Ready 2 Serve Ministries (Spokane)

  • King County Energize (parts of King County)

  • HopeSource (Kittitas County)

  • WOW Women of Wisdom Tri-Cities (Yakima, Benton, Franklin, Walla Walla, Columbia, Garfield, Asotin, Whitman, Adams, Spokane, Grant, Lincoln, Klickitat Counties)

  • Coastal Community Action Council (Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties)

  • Ohop Mutual Light Company (South Pierce County)

  • Sustainable Living Center (Walla Walla, Columbia, Benton, Franklin, Yakima Counties)

  • City of Richland

  • City of Shoreline

  • City of Tacoma

  • Cowlitz County PUD
