Spring 2026 RCS Provider Forum

The Adult Family Home Council in partnership with the Home and Community Living Administration, Division of Residential Care Services (RCS) are excited to be hosting the Spring 2026 Adult Family Home Forum.

This virtual forum is an opportunity to connect directly with RCS leadership, including Field Managers and Regional Administrators, while engaging in meaningful discussion on topics that matter to providers. Participants will receive regulatory updates, education, and tools to support quality improvement in their homes.

What You’ll Learn

This session will focus on:

  • Successful Inspections: What does success look like?

  • Key updates from Residential Care Services

By attending, participants will be able to:

  • Recognize the components of a successful AFH inspection, including preparation, entrance conference, onsite visit, exit conference, and post-inspection follow-up

  • Understand the roles and responsibilities of both providers and RCS during inspections

  • Know that inspections are unannounced, as required by law

  • Identify how to contact RCS regional AFH Field Managers

Continuing Education

The Adult Family Home Council will provide 1.5 CEUs to attendees.
