DSHS HCS & DDCS AFH Connection Meeting

Developmental Disabilities Community Services (DDCS) and Home and Community Services (HCS), divisions within the Home and Community Living Administration, announced the continuation of their collaborative AFH Connection Meetings in partnership with the Adult Family Home Council (AFHC). These meetings are intended to provide adult family home providers with important updates, educational opportunities, and ongoing discussion on topics impacting long-term care services.

 

The AFH Connection Meetings are designed to strengthen communication and collaboration between providers, case management staff, and state partners while supporting the shared goal of providing quality care and services to vulnerable clients and residents.

The upcoming meeting will focus on communication strategies and case management services for individuals experiencing hearing loss.
