Oversee the functioning of the office, including vendor relationships, scheduling, and internal systems.
Manage accounts receivable and payable, prepare financial statements, and support budgeting and long‑term financial planning.
Maintain accurate membership tracking, develop membership reports, and support outreach to members and Affiliate Business Partners.
Marketing and Outreach Manager
The Marketing and Outreach Manager will report to the Director of Communications and Digital Technology and focus on expanding awareness of adult family homes as a trusted long‑term care option. This role will:
Plan and manage advertising and outreach campaigns across digital and traditional media.
Increase awareness and consideration of adult family homes among private‑pay consumers, families, caregivers, and referral partners.
Support AFHC’s social media, email and SMS campaigns, and website content to ensure clear, accessible information for the public and stakeholders.
