Long-Term Care Foundation

The mission of the Long-Term Care Foundation of Washington State is to offer resources, support, and education to the adult family home community in order to create and sustain more caregivers and champion providers in their everyday efforts.

We offer a variety of free resources and programs that focus on caregiver training, workforce development, care navigation (health insurance), language access, and more! Our Adult Family Home Training Network helps cover class and test fees for CNA and HCA courses for eligible individuals. We also provide Language Access Support to assist individuals in our AFH Training Network with translation throughout their training and testing.
