Description
Membership dues are paid at a rate of $50 per month. Please note that we have implemented a 4% charge to cover credit card processing fees. This will change membership payments made via credit card from $50 per month to $52 per month. If you would like to avoid paying a processing fee, we recommend paying your memberships through ACH, which will draw payment directly from your bank account. With ACH, you’ll never need to worry about your card expiring or forgetting to call if your card is lost or stolen.

To cancel your monthly membership payment please send a written notice by email to info@adultfamilyhomecouncil.org or by mail to the Adult Family Home Council at 3309 Capitol Blvd SW, Tumwater, WA 98501. No refunds will be issued for past payments.
