Create a welcoming space for your organization, team, clients, and professional partners during the 2026 Fall Conference Thursday Buffet Dinner.
A Dinner Table Sponsorship provides your organization with a designated sponsored table and reserved seating for up to 10 properly registered dinner attendees. Sponsors may invite employees, partners, clients, conference attendees, or other guests to join them for dinner and networking.
Each sponsorship includes:
- One designated sponsored dinner table
- Reserved seating for up to 10 properly registered dinner attendees
- Organization or sponsor identification displayed at the table
- Premium visibility during the Thursday Buffet Dinner
- The opportunity to welcome invited guests and registered conference attendees to your table
- Limited placement of approved promotional materials at the table
Sponsored tables are intended to provide organizations with an enhanced networking and hosting opportunity while maintaining an inclusive dinner experience for all registered attendees. Additional general seating will remain available throughout the dinner.
Dinner Admission Is Not Included
The Dinner Table Sponsorship reserves the table and seating space only. It does not include conference registration, dinner admission, exhibit space, or admission for the sponsor’s invited guests.
Every person seated at the sponsored table must be separately registered for the conference or otherwise have valid admission to the Thursday Buffet Dinner. Inviting someone to sit at the table does not register that individual or purchase admission on their behalf.
Tabletop Promotional Materials
Sponsors may place a limited number of professional materials at their table, such as:
- Business cards
- Brochures or informational handouts
- Small branded giveaways
- Modest tabletop signage
- Individually packaged promotional items
Materials must remain within the assigned tabletop space and may not interfere with dining service, place settings, seating, accessibility, sightlines, or neighboring tables. Large displays, banners, booth equipment, outside food or beverages, and disruptive promotional activities require prior written approval.
Availability
Up to 45 Dinner Table Sponsorships are available. Sponsorships are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
This table sponsorship is separate from the $7,000 Thursday Buffet Dinner Sponsorship and does not include the broader recognition or promotional benefits provided with that package.
Important Acknowledgment
By purchasing this sponsorship, the purchaser acknowledges that the sponsorship reserves table space but does not include dinner admission or conference registration for the purchaser or any invited guests. All attendees must have valid admission to participate in the dinner.
