Thursday Buffet Dinner Sponsorship
Become one of four featured sponsors of the 2026 Fall Conference Thursday Buffet Dinner. This sponsorship provides high-visibility recognition throughout the conference and places your organization directly in front of attendees during one of the event’s primary networking opportunities.
Your sponsorship includes:
- Recognition and logo placement in Fall Conference advertising and materials
- Recognition on the Adult Family Home Council website, email communications, and social media
- Logo placement in the printed and digital conference programs
- Banner placement in the digital conference program
- Inclusion of one approved promotional item in attendee welcome bags
- Sponsor signage near the front of the dinner stage
- One prominently located sponsored dinner table
- Reserved seating for up to 10 properly registered dinner attendees
- The opportunity to host employees, partners, clients, or other registered attendees at the sponsored table
- The opportunity for an Adult Family Home Council board member to join the table
- One three-minute speaking opportunity or one prerecorded video of up to three minutes during the dinner
Reserved Seating
The sponsorship includes one designated table near the front of the dinner space, with reserved seating for up to 10 people.
The sponsor may designate properly registered dinner attendees to occupy the reserved seats. Reserved seating does not include conference registration, dinner admission, or additional event tickets. Every sponsor representative or invited guest must be separately registered for the conference or otherwise have valid admission to the Thursday Buffet Dinner.
If the sponsor accepts the opportunity to host an Adult Family Home Council board member, one of the table’s 10 seats will be reserved for that board member, leaving up to nine seats for the sponsor and its invited guests.
Inviting an attendee to sit at the sponsored table does not register that individual or purchase dinner admission on their behalf.
Maintaining an Inclusive Dinner Experience
Sponsored tables provide premium placement and a structured opportunity for sponsors to host and network with attendees. General dinner seating will remain available for other registered dinner guests.
Sponsors will be asked to identify their reserved attendees by a published deadline. Any seats not assigned or occupied by the designated time may be released for use by other registered dinner attendees at the discretion of event staff.
The Adult Family Home Council reserves the right to manage seating assignments and make reasonable adjustments to support accessibility, dinner service, venue requirements, and an inclusive attendee experience.
Promotional Bag Item
Sponsors may provide one approved promotional item or printed piece for inclusion in attendee welcome bags.
Sponsors must provide 600 identical items, with all materials delivered to the Adult Family Home Council offices no later than September 10, 2026.
All items are subject to AFHC approval, quantity requirements, size limitations, and submission deadlines. Sponsors may be asked to provide a photo, sample, product description, dimensions, ingredient list, or other information before delivery.
Bundled materials, multiple separate items, food, liquids, medications, supplements, oversized products, or other restricted items require advance written approval.
Late, unapproved, improperly packaged, or insufficiently supplied materials may not be included in the welcome bags. AFHC is not responsible for returning unused, excess, rejected, or late-delivered items unless arrangements are approved in advance.
Promotional bag inclusion does not constitute endorsement of the sponsor, its products, or its services by the Adult Family Home Council.
Availability
Only four Thursday Buffet Dinner Sponsorships are available. Sponsorships are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
