Vendor tables are now open for our 2025 Fall Conference coming to the Tulalip Resort Casino this year! Become a vendor to connect with regional providers and showcase your services to a highly engaged audience as we explore the “Road To Transformation”!

Please Note: Electricity is not included and must be purchased separately. Your vendor table includes access for up to two representatives. Additional team members must purchase a separate event passVendor tables are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis and are only for affiliate business partners of the AFHC.

  • Access to all networking and exhibit hall traffic
  • 2 Event Tickets, including breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday, plus hors d’oeuvres on Thursday

  • Each vendor booth registration includes admission for two (2) people. If you plan to have more than two team members at your booth, you must purchase an Extra Vendor Ticket for each additional person.
