Learn how the legislative and collective bargaining processes work, and how your voice can shape policy, influence compensation, and guide our upcoming bargaining session beginning in mid-May. Participate in a live poll to help set priorities, explore ways to get involved in advocacy, and test your knowledge with a fun interactive quiz. This session offers members an opportunity to engage directly with the Interim Executive Director, Executive Board Chair, and regional board representatives on the issues that matter most to Adult Family Home providers.  From council operations and board governance to the major issues affecting Adult Family Homes, this is a chance for members to ask questions, hear candid answers, and gain greater clarity about the organization’s direction.
